I believe that there is an Art to Natural Living and my goal is to provide as much of a Natural Living Environment for my family, friends and those who need or prefer to use natural products.

My family and I have always had very dry, sensitive skin and many skin care products either made our skin itch or break out in a rash. I have even had a few trips to the ER with very bad reactions to commercially made products. Dove scent-free products seemed to be the only products that we could use on our skin.

In 2017, I began researching natural remedies and products and came across natural therapeutic essential oils. The first essential oil that i tried was Tea Tree oil. It is now one of my favorite essential oils along with Lavender and Peppermint. You may notice that many of our handmade products will contain at least one of these essential oils. Being a Scientist by trade and mixing solutions in the lab that help patients to get better from the inside out, I decided to try and make some natural products for my family to help us feel better from the outside in. My first handmade natural product were my lip balms and my daughter's first handmade natural product was laundry detergent.

In the first year, we were using our natural products just on us and sometimes we would give away our natural products to family and friends as gifts. They absolutely loved them. Everyone would ask if they could buy more of our products. At that time, selling our products was the furthest thing from my mind. I enjoyed making the products with my own hands and my family was no longer having allergic reactions.

After my youngest daughter graduated from college, she said that she wanted to help me to start a handmade business with our products. So, with much encouragement from family and friends, we decided to start selling our products. I began searching for places to sell our products online and found Shopify, Etsy and Amazon. All of the sites seemed nice, but we felt that Etsy most aligned with our handmade products, so we opened a Storefront shop on Etsy.

We have since expanded our shop by making goat's milk soap bars, body wash, sugar scrub, body butter, body oil and sprays, soy candles, bath bombs, clay face masks, soy candles and natural gemstone jewelry. We will continually be adding scents and variations of these items to our shop. All our products have been tested by us before they are listed in our shop.
